ECQ is committed to effective complaints management and the complaints journey information sheet (PDF, 1000.7 KB) and the complaints management process (PDF, 257.6 KB) outline the process for managing complaints.
The Commission will acknowledge written complaints within five business days and where possible, finalise the matter within 30 business days.
